(“XZEN”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Delaware, USA, operates xzen.tv and organizes events and programs including Digital Eco-Masterminds, SmART – Impact Art, the Planet Gold podcast and related publications. - Information you give us: when you register for an event, submit a lead form (including Facebook/Meta Instant Forms), enquire about an artwork, contact us or subscribe, we may collect your full name, email address, phone number, country, company, role and any other details you choose to share.
- Information from Meta lead forms: if you submit a form in a Facebook or Instagram ad, we receive the details you entered in that form.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and the website you came from, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and the Meta Pixel.

- To share event details, pricing, registration and participant vetting information

Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our website, to measure our ads and to show our ads to relevant audiences. Events and recordings
Our online events may be recorded and transcribed. With your consent, we may feature your name, photo, professional role and contributions in post-event reports and on our social media channels. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.

We share it only with trusted service providers and partners directly involved in delivering the event or service you registered for (for example event platforms, email and payment providers, and event partners), with advertising partners such as Meta for the purposes described above, or when required by law. Payments for tickets and artworks are handled by third-party payment providers, and we do not store full card details.

XZEN is based in the United States and works with team members and partners in other countries, so your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
